Bus Charter Terms and Conditions**

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our bus charter services (“Services”) provided by WAYS, hereinafter referred    to as “Provider.” By booking a bus charter with us, you (“Client”) agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

• Reservation: To secure a bus charter, Client must make a reservation in advance by paying online or contacting Provider.
• Payment: Full payment is required at time of booking and/or once the reservation is placed.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel the charter, subject to cancellation fees outlined in the booking agreement.
• Cancellation of trip up to 90 days from departure 10% fees applies. 
• Cancellation of trip 89-32 days from departure 40% of total charter. 
• Cancelation of trip 31 days or less from departure 100% of total charter
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Charter Details:

• Itinerary: Client must provide a detailed itinerary, including pickup/drop-off locations, times, and any planned stops.
•  Passengers: Client is responsible for providing an accurate count of passengers, and the bus will not exceed its maximum capacity.

Conduct and Responsibilities:

• Client Conduct: Clients and passengers must behave responsibly and respect the driver and other passengers.
•  Damage: Client is responsible for any damage to the coach bus caused by the client or passengers during the trip.

Safety and Compliance:

• Safety: Provider is committed to passenger safety and will comply with all applicable safety regulations.
• Compliance: Clients and passengers must adhere to all safety instructions and regulations during the trip.

Delays and Changes:

• Delays: Provider will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
•  Changes: Provider reserves the right to make necessary changes to the trip schedule for safety or logistical reasons.

Force Majeure:  Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Insurance:  Provider shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the bus and passengers during the charter.

Termination: Provider reserves the right to terminate the charter if Client or passengers engage in illegal or unsafe activities
